 The main production products are premium and first grade wheat flour, which is used for baking wheat bread in bakeries. Flour is bought by confectionery factories (bakeries), food industry and catering enterprises, wholesale purchasing and trading companies. When grain is processed, flour, semolina and bran (granules) are obtained. The plant delivers flour to bakeries by flour trucks, to medium and small consumers - by the plant's vehicles, or by self-pickup. Requirements for the grade and quality of grain processing products are determined by technical conditions and GOSTs: for wheat flour - TU 8 RF 11-95-91; for semolina - GOST 7022-54; for granulated bran - TU 8-22-24-83; for wheat bran - GOST 7169-66.
